Therasize is a therapy companion app designed to scale up collaboration and progress tracking between Clinicians and their Clients. We have features for Clinicians to help set homework, collaborate, and monitor the progress of their Clients and features for individuals in therapy who want to connect with their therapist to enhance their therapy experience. We also have a range of self-help tools for individuals outside of therapy who are eager to improve and maintain their mental well-being.
For Clinicians:
- Connect with your clients and unlock additional tools to collaborate and create a personalized plan with our Therapist Connections feature.
- View your client's worksheets and set disorder-specific worksheets such as the Panic Diary, Worry Diary, Activity Diar for Depression, Behavioural Experiments, and many more to come.
- Request and view minimum data sets (MDS) forms from clients, including GAD-7 and PHQ-9, and view progress over time via a chart view.
- Keep track of and manage up to 10 clients.
For Individuals:
- Connect to your therapist with Therapist Connection.
- Work through your thoughts, feelings, and emotions with the diary feature.
- Set and work towards meaningful goals with the goal tracker.
- Read insightful and educational articles about mental health with the psychoeducation feature.
- Listen to guided audio tracks to help calm your mind.
- Practice regular gratitude with the gratitude journal and receive daily gratitude reminders.
- Analyse thoughts for potential thinking errors and generate alternative, more balanced and positive thoughts with the AI thought checker

*Revamped Main Menu's - We reduced the size of the logo to allow more space for the menu items.
*Greatly improved navigation for Clinician users.
- Added an 'Add Client' button on the Clinician Main Menu to allow for quicker access to the Client Connection Menu.
- Added a (+) button to the Clinician-Client Worksheet Menu to allow quicker access to the Client Connection Worksheets Settings area, where the Clinician can enable and disable disorder-specific worksheets and also request forms.
*Updated Forms Menu and Chart View - Updated the forms menu for a better user experience, and also added a chart menu for GAD-7 and PHQ-9 forms that shows progress over time when there are more than two form entries.
*Copy changes from Practitioner to Clinician throughout the app.
*UI improvements and copy changes throughout the app.
*Client users who are not connected to a therapist no longer have access to the Experiments feature. In order to access any additional Therapy features, client users will need to connect with a therapist.
*Removed 5-entry limit for free client users.
*Removed obsolete references in settings.
